MOSCOW (MRC) -- Unipetrol informs that on 21 September 2016 the merger by amalgamation of UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o. (UNIPETROL RPA) and CESKA RAFINERSKA, a.s. was approved by the companies’ General Meetings with legal succession of UNIPETROL RPA, said the company on its site.
The legal effects of the merger will come into force as at 1 January 2017.

As MRC reported earlier, Unipetrol had restarted its polymerization units at the Litvinov plant - polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) - at limited extent and for a temporary production thanks to external feedstock deliveries of ethylene and propylene.
